Every time we asked an AI chatbot how to change a system setting or navigate a complex application, we'd get a step-by-step guide. Sounds helpful, until the menu was in a different place, the button was renamed in the latest update, or the steps just didn't match what was on our screen. We spent more time figuring out the instructions than doing the actual task.
